Our classes are accessible to everyone – beginner to advanced. Classes provide many modifications to fit each person’s unique abilities. We encourage you to honor your body…each class will bring increased confidence, so go at your own pace and have fun!

To ensure a quality experience, we limit our In-Person class sizes and encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot. We have an 12 Hour Class Withdrawal Policy- If you have registered for a class and cannot attend, we kindly ask that you cancel 12 hours in advance to provide space for another participant.

Yes, participants are required to wear a mask in group classes at this time. Our studio is equipped with a ISO-Aire Brand Commercial Air Purifier with HEPA Filtration. We do not require or request vaccination status.
