You will find a variety of classes to meet your needs at DYF. Group fitness classes provide a way to connect with a welcoming community and build a foundation and structure to help you reach your fitness goals.
Classes are designed to meet all levels and fitness desires. From high intensity cardio options like Spin and Cardio Sculpt to Yoga classes including Power Yoga, Yoga Strong and Relax Flow Yoga.
Our Barre classes come in two formats, Power Barre is an upbeat workout geared to tone and sculpt, whereas Ballet Barre focuses more on traditional dance and Ballet movements.
