We will also hold a drawing for everyone who participated. Each time you earn 3 points, you earn an additional entry in the drawing! Prizes include DYF t-shirts and free classes!
Do you want to build your cycling power? FTP is defined as the maximum average power a cyclist can maintain over a one hour-hour effort. In cycling your power is a combination of speed and resistance.
Join us this November for a special 6-week workshop designed to help you increase your FTP. You will begin the series by establishing your base power, then spend the rest of the time training to reach your max power.
Dates: November 4 - December 12
Class Times: Sundays 4-5pm & Wednesdays 6-7pm
Cost: $200 for Auto-Pay Members of $240

Looking for a fun way to gather friends and/or family? We offer private Group Fitness and Pilates (Mat or Apparatus) classes for any type of celebration!
Simply select a class from our existing offerings or we can work with you to create a fun hybrid.
For a nominal fee, we can even provide light snacks and beverages for after the class.
Group Fitness Class or Mat Pilates Class: Cost is $18 per person with a minimum of 5 people.
Pilates Apparatus Class: Cost is $25 per person with a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 4 people.

Looking to start your Pilates practice? This 60-minute Mat Pilates introductory class is a great place to start!
You'll learn about basic Pilates principles
concepts and movements - and work on connecting mind and body through the Method’s whole body integration. Pilates can benefit everyone and every body!
Sessions are held the first Saturday of every month from 11:00am - 12:00pm.
During this monthly 60-min class, you'll learn how to set up the Reformer, adjust the ropes and stay safe.
You'll learn beginning reformer exercises as well as alignment and breathing cues to better assist you in strengthening your Pilates practice. The slower pace will allow you to build on anything you may already know about Mat PIlates.
Sessions are held the third Saturday of every month from 11:00am-12:00pm.
This hands-on, 75-minute guided stretching working shop will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Instructors will lead you through gentle movement, assisting your body through touch and gentle pressure to enhance each stretch. And really bring relief those areas where you typically hold stress or tightness
The next Yappa Stretch Workshop will be held on Wednesday, December 12 from 7:00-8:15pm. Cost is $30.
