National Pilates Day | Saturday, May 5

It’s one of our favorite days of the year. Celebrate with a morning full of classes to introduce, inspire and help you deepen your Pilate practice.

  • 11:00-11:30am: FREE Chair Class with Paige
  • 11:10-11:40am FREE Jump Board with Molly
  • 11:40-12:10pm: FREE Pilates Chair with Molly
  • 12:15-1:15pm FREE Mat-a-Palooza with All Instructors

Mile in My Shoes (MiMS) Benefit | Monday, May 14

Experience a dynamic workout while raising money for a great organization.

We're excited to host this workout to benefit MiMS. 


Register and you'll rotate between three different 20-minute classes of Barre, Spin, and Pilates. Classes will run from 6:30-8:00pm on Monday, May 14 and we'll fininsh the evening with refreshments and socialize.


Cost is $25 with all proceeds going directly to MiMS.


About Mile in My Shoes

MiMS brings together residents of Minneapolis and St. Paul with diverse backgrounds through the power of running. Based in homeless shelters and transitional housing facilities,MiMS serves as a catalyst for community-building, health and wellness promotion, leadership and self-efficacy, and spurring personal and political engagement within the non-homeless community.

Intro to Mat Pilates

Looking to start your Pilates practice? This 60-minute Mat Pilates introductory class is a great place to start!


You'll learn about basic Pilates principles

concepts and movements - and work on connecting mind and body through the Method’s whole body integration. Pilates can benefit everyone and every body!


Sessions are held the first Saturday of every month from 11:00am - 12:00pm. 

Reformer Fundamentals

During this monthly 60-min class, you'll learn how to set up the Reformer, adjust the ropes and stay safe. 


You'll learn beginning reformer exercises as well as alignment and breathing cues to better assist you in strengthening your Pilates practice. The slower pace will allow you to build on anything you may already know about Mat PIlates.


Sessions are held the third Saturday of every month from 11:00am-12:00pm. 

Yappa Stretch

This hands-on, 75-minute guided stretching working shop will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. 


Instructors will lead you through gentle movement, assisting your body through touch and gentle pressure to enhance each stretch. And really bring relief those areas where you typically hold stress or tightness
