NPH USA supports Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos, which is raising orphaned, abandoned, and disadvantaged children in Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Peru.
All proceeds will support medical expenses for NPH's home in Mexico.

Looking to start your Pilates practice? This 60-minute Mat Pilates introductory class is a great place to start!
You'll learn about basic Pilates principles
concepts and movements - and work on connecting mind and body through the Method’s whole body integration. Pilates can benefit everyone and every body!
Sessions are held the first Saturday of every month from 11:00am - 12:00pm.
During this monthly 60-min class, you'll learn how to set up the Reformer, adjust the ropes and stay safe.
You'll learn beginning reformer exercises as well as alignment and breathing cues to better assist you in strengthening your Pilates practice. The slower pace will allow you to build on anything you may already know about Mat PIlates.
Sessions are held the third Saturday of every month from 11:00am-12:00pm.
This hands-on, 75-minute guided stretching working shop will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Instructors will lead you through gentle movement, assisting your body through touch and gentle pressure to enhance each stretch. And really bring relief those areas where you typically hold stress or tightness
