This course is designed to introduce girls, ages 10-13 to life skills in fitness. Using a variety of exercises, they will learn safe form and posture to build core, muscle, and cardio strength.
Tools such as the TRX suspension trainer, weights, tubing, and body weight will be used to show how much fun it can be to get fit!
We will also spend time discussing the importance of proper nutrition, adequate sleep, and other life-long, healthy habits.
All abilities are welcome! Pre-registration is required!
Dates: January 8 -February 12
Class Times: Tuesdays 4:15-5:15pm
Cost: $90 for Six Week Session
There is a minimum enrollment of 6 and maximum enrollment of 8.

Pilates is a solid supplement to any cardio or strength training routine - and men all over the country are using it to target smaller muscle groups and improve core strength.
Men of all fitness levels are invited to join one of our upcoming 6-week Pilates Series to tackle this whole body workout.
You'll boost athletic performance, strengthen your core, and improve mobility and flexibilty!
Class Times: Wednesdays 7-8pm AND Saturdays 11am-12pm
Class Format: All Pilates Apparatus Equipment and Mat Pilates

Looking for a fun way to gather friends and/or family? We offer private Group Fitness and Pilates (Mat or Apparatus) classes for any type of celebration!
Simply select a class from our existing offerings or we can work with you to create a fun hybrid.
For a nominal fee, we can even provide light snacks and beverages for after the class.
Group Fitness Class or Mat Pilates Class: Cost is $18 per person with a minimum of 5 people.
Pilates Apparatus Class: Cost is $25 per person with a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 4 people.
