Power Fusion Yoga

Monday ~ 8:15 - 10:15 AM (Starting Monday, June 5)


This Yoga format combines a modified vinyasa flow with many of the standing balance and spine strengthening postures offered in typical hot sequence. The good news is that there is no added heat and the class is "shoulder-friendly" as there are no chaturungas.

Class is 60 minutes.


Power Barre

Monday ~ 9:30 - 10:30 AM (Starting Monday, June 5)


Perfect for ALL levels. This class combines the stretching and toning elements of Pilates & Yoga, the strengthening and sculpting elements of Ballet, and the fat burning benefits of Interval Training. In this "anything goes" fusion class we utilize rings/balls, ballet bar, resistance bands, and hand weights. By using isometric movements followed by stretching we create long, lean muscles. Shaking is a bonus!

Class is 60 minutes.
