We offer a variety of fitness classes that willl strengthen your mind and body. Class offering includes Pilates Mat, Pilates Equipment Classes (Reformer, Tower, and Chair), Spinning, Barre, Yoga, Tabata and H.I.I.T. We also offer Private and Semi-Private Training sessions and a variety of Education and Wellness Programs.
And for fitness professionals (or those aspiring to be one) we offer a 500 hour Pilates Instructor Training Program.
We believe Optimal Health is more than just exercise. To achieve Complete Fitness a person needs exercise, balance of mind and body, sound nutrition, and proper wellness care. We recognize that each individual is unique and work with each client to identify the areas of their life that need fine tuning.

We are located in the quaint Macalester/Groveland Neighborhood in Saint Paul at 370 Snelling Ave S. (The Corner of Jefferson and Snelling Aves.)
We are very connected with our St. Paul community. We deliver quality instruction and informed classes. At Defining You Pilates & Fitness, the services we provide goes well beyond the 1 or 2 hours a week one spends at the studio. Unlike larger studios and gyms; we do not offer cookie cutter fitness plans. We customize fitness plans for each individual or group. To further help clients achieve optimal health, we have a partnership with qualified experts for nutrition and wellness care; fully supporting them in their journey to improve their quality of life.

The studio specializes in Pilates, Barre, Spin, and Functional Training, offering a variety of services within those categories. Some of the offerings include; Private and Semi-Private Pilates Training, Private and Semi-Private Personal Functional Training. Class offerings include: Group Pilates Mat, Reformer, Pilates Power Barre & Ballet Barre, Yoga, H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training), Spinning, Tabata, and more. We also offer special Fitness Series such as Boot Camps, Cleanses, Outdoor Summer Shape Up Series, Outdoor Stand Up Paddleboarding and Wellness Workshops.
